Senior Events Producer
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Events Producer to join our fast-growing London team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our large-scale live shows and complex event productions, taking projects from initial high-stakes client briefs through to live execution.
This role requires extensive experience in live show environments, a proven track record of maintaining composure under pressure, and the ability to balance ambitious creative visions with rigorous operational and financial reality. You will serve as a trusted, steadying point of contact for our major clients, guiding them with real authority and genuine reassurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Show Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale live shows, stage productions, and major events to a high standard, on schedule and on budget.
- Financial & Budgetary Control: Build, track, and reconcile complex, high-value budgets. Safeguard project scope and financial discipline to deliver maximum value and exceptional results.
- Client Leadership: Be the primary, reassuring point of contact for major clients, guiding them through the live production process and managing expectations effectively.
- On-Site Command: Lead technical crews, stage managers, and suppliers on-site, staying calm and solutions-oriented through high-pressure live environments.
- Team & Supply Chain Assembly: Source and manage technical directors, show callers, stage designers and crews, drawing on an established network of live event professionals.
- Rigorous Documentation: Own the detail – run-of-plays, technical riders, risk assessments, master timelines, and wrap reports.
Requirements
For the day-to-day needs of this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- 6+ years of experience specifically within live show production, large-scale events, or technical event management.
- Extensive experience building and managing six-figure budgets independently.
- Solid technical understanding of AV, lighting, staging, sound, and live logistics.
- Proven experience leading technical crews, stage managers and suppliers on site through high-pressure live environments.
This role is full time – with four days a week office based in Central London.
Events Producer
The Role
We’re looking for an Events Producer to help bring our live shows and experiential events to life – running the day-to-day logistics, budgets and on-site delivery, and turning creative concepts into elevated live experiences.
This role takes a solid foundation in live event environments and a cool head when things move fast – organised, resourceful and calm under pressure without ever performing the stress. You keep the creative ambition whilst balancing the logistical and financial detail at the same time. You’re a clear and reliable presence clients & crew can count on day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Live Execution: Run the day-to-day logistics and pre-production for live shows, keeping every milestone on schedule and true to the brief.
- Budgeting & Tracking: Build accurate estimates, track line-item spend, manage supplier invoices, and ensure projects stay within budget parameters.
- Client Communication: Be a clear, reliable and reassuring day-to-day contact, keeping clients updated and building trust through delivery.
- Supplier & Crew Management: Coordinate technical suppliers, venues, fabricators and crew around one clear master schedule.
- On-Site Coordination: Support or lead on-site setup, technical rehearsals, and live execution with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Production Delivery: Author and maintain production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and post-event wrap documentation.
Requirements
For the day-to-day needs of this role, you will specifically need the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in event production, with clear, hands-on experience on live shows and complex event setups.
- Strong budgetary skills: building and managing live event budgets with sharp attention to financial detail.
- A working understanding of live event timelines and logistics – load-ins, tech runs, strikes.
- Proven experience coordinating suppliers, venues and crew on site through fast-paced live environments.
This role is full time – with four days a week office based in Central London.
Studio & Operations Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a Studio & Operations Manager to keep the studio running and growing – the person who builds and holds the systems behind capacity, finances and the day-to-day, so the rest of the team can focus on the work only they can do.
This role takes a structured, process-driven mind and a genuine love of organisation, logistics and numbers. Working closely with the founder and the leadership team, you’ll balance team resources and manage financial operations with hands-on, get-it-done execution – building the efficient infrastructure that lets a boutique team do extraordinary work.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Efficiency & Capacity: Oversee studio workflow and resourcing. Track team capacity and utilisation against day-rate retainers and scopes of work, to ensure project delivery aligns with our available resources.
- Financial Operations: Run financial tracking alongside the founder. Oversee bookkeeping inputs, client invoicing and fee reconciliations.
- Leadership Support: Protect the leadership team’s time, managing diaries, scheduling and incoming requests.
- Systems Management: Build and improve the tools that keep us organised – time-tracking, project management and internal databases – to ensure accurate data and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
For the day-to-day needs of this role, you will specifically need the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience in an operations, studio management, or high-level EA role within a creative agency, production company, or fast-paced business.
- Strong financial literacy: managing budgets, tracking invoices, and analysing project costings.
- Resource management experience: tracking team time, capacity planning and managing client or freelance retainers.
- Confident with operational tools – time-tracking, project management software and internal databases – and quick to improve them.
This role is full time – with four days a week office based in Central London.
